We will provide a signed rental agreement in line with the current legislation.

As a landlord, you are legally obliged to protect a deposit with a third party scheme.
We will protect the tenancy deposit on your behalf with The Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
Our fully managed landlords receive a detailed digital inventory with photographs.
We perform a check-in and orientation visit with tenants. We visit the property 3 times in the first year and provide a property report from each visit.
We will organise to collect the rent on your behalf via standing orders.
Late payments and arrears will be handled on your behalf. Rental statements will be issued each month along with Landlord payments.
