I've had Adam as my estate agent twice now. The first time was to sell my home, when he achieved way over the asking price. The second was when he sold my late mum's home, achieving the asking price, while dealing with a very complicated sale! Adam takes all the hassle out of selling a house. His communication is excellent, he keeps things progressing with solicitors (with no prompting!), and he is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I used Adam as a friend recommended him to me. At the same time I was dealing with another estate agent to purchase a home and had to constantly chase them for updates.
